Terms and Conditions 

Please read these terms and conditions (“Agreement”) carefully before participating in any food tour provided by Come. This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your participation in our food tours. By booking a food tour with us, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Booking and Reservations:

  • Participants must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. Participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • Bookings can be made online through our website, by phone, or in person.
  • A confirmed booking is subject to availability and payment of the applicable tour fee.

2. Payment and Pricing:

  • The prices for our food tours are clearly stated on our website and are inclusive of all applicable taxes and fees.
  • Payment can be made using the accepted methods specified on our website or as agreed upon during the booking process.

     

3. Cancellations and Refunds:

  • Cancellations made by participants must be communicated to Come in Porto in writing via email.
  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour will not be eligible for a refund.
  • No-shows or late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund.

     

4. Health and Safety:

  • Participants must inform Come of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate in the food tour.
  • Participants are responsible for their own health and well-being during the food tour and should exercise caution when consuming food or beverages.
  • Come will not be held liable for any health issues, injuries, or incidents that occur during the food tour, except in cases of negligence on our part.

     

5. Participant Conduct:

  • Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner throughout the food tour.
  • Participants must comply with all instructions and guidelines provided by the tour guide and local authorities.
  • Consumption of alcohol during the food tour is allowed only in accordance with local laws and regulations.
  • Participants are responsible for any damage they cause to property or disruption they create during the food tour.

6. Changes to Itinerary:

  • Come reserves the right to make changes to the food tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, venue closures, or safety concerns.
  • In the event of a significant itinerary change, Come will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements or compensation.

7. Insurance and Liability:

  • Participants acknowledge and assume all risks associated with participating in the food tour and release Come and its employees from any liability for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred during the food tour.

8. Intellectual Property:

  • All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to logos, images, and content, associated with Come Food Tours are owned by Come and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
  • Participants are prohibited from using, reproducing, or distributing any intellectual property of Come without prior written consent.

9. Data Protection and Privacy:

  • Come collects and processes personal information provided by participants in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By booking a food tour, participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal information.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

  • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal.
  • Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Porto, Portugal.
